​Besides composers, the tradition of orchestra and choir conductors is very much alive in Estonia. Tõnu Kaljuste, the creator, chief conductor and long-time artistic director of the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir, belongs without any doubt among the most prominent people in our world of music.
